Introduction
This crime was took place nine months ago and the parents are not able to see the class 11 girl stomatch untiil she gives birth, this is very neglegence of parents for not noticing the pregnancy of the girl and the kolar police said that this crime was happended nine months ago and the new criminal laws will not applicable for this case.

Class 11 Girl gives Birth in college toilet
The class 11 girl age of 17 years old and studying in a private pre-university college in kolar district, Karnataka state and she was delivered in college women’s toilet and she delivered on monday as per the police officer said, her class friends, teachers, parents are not noticing the pregnancy of the girl is very unpreditiable.
The way she manages and hiding the pregancy is totally wrong and she must have to inform to the parents, friends, teachers, police officers etc. Hiding the pregnancy is not the solution and she must have scared for this pregnancy and in the age of 17 giving birth to baby is very dangerous to her and this is illegal in india.
Case filed
The police officer said that the parents of the girl are approchaed to file a complaint in women’s police station in Kolar district. The girl and baby were shifted to the hospital and her parents was very sad and they don’t know what to say for daughter giving birth to baby in the age of 17.
The police officer taken up the case and started finding the accused immedietaly and the girl informed to the police officers that she was in relationship for the last two years and it is a still mystery for the parents that girl is pregnant and how they failed to notice the pregnancy of the girl.
The police officer said that why she hide the pregnancy information and it may be any problem she is facing it thats why she may be hide the information from all, after the recovery with help of the women counsellor and when she recovered, we will speak to her later.
Case registered
The police officer said that they have registered a case under the Section 376 (2)(n) (commits rape repeatedly on the same women) of the IPC (Indian Penal Code) and Section 6 (sexual assault) of the POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act).
Don’t manhandle or don’t do non sense things to the accused and we know how they are feeling but we are under law and the court will decide what punishment should be given to the accused.
To Every Parents
This is important message to all the parents, you must give information about good touch and bad touch it may be boy or girl and share the information about law like what are the punshiment given to the accused or criminals so on. Talk with them daily and be friendly to know what are they doing and if they are doing any bad activities like drinking, smocking you should say in friendly and don’t beat them or scold them for their unintensional mistakes it happens in the teen age or young age.
After you talked with them friendly about their bad activites if they are continued doing the same mistakes then you should sit and explain what happens to our body when we smocke or drink with reality like show the person who died for smocking and drinking and how cancer spread to our body and damages the liver or other body parts.
The teachers and society should take responsible for the under 18 students or kids when they are doing bad activites in public, inform to the police or parents by calling them to change the life of the under 18 kids. Be a responsible citizen.
Sometimes forgiving the mistakes is better than arguing BOS.
